Plantronics offers the Service Advantage, the best warranty in the headset business bar none. All commercial headsets are backed by a two-year warranty. Consumer headsets are backed by a one-year warranty.

The warranty covers everything except user abuse, voice tubes and foam earpieces or microphone muffs, which can be replaced for a minimal charge.
